Welcome to SomeWearElse! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SomeWearElse. SomeWearElse operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). SomeWearElse is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Many of our pieces are crafted after your order is placed and tailored individually, which means slight variations may occur as part of the handmade or made-to-order process.
All descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion.
Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and we issue an acceptance confirmation.
Because several items are made-to-order, cancellation requests may not be possible once production has begun.
Purchases are subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy.
Products are intended for personal use only and not for resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices may change without notice and will be those shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or duties unless stated otherwise.
All orders must be prepaid at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize charges incurred.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order is handed over to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.
Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by email, along with photographs or videos for verification.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services—including trademarks, text, images, graphics, videos, and logos—is owned by SomeWearElse, its partners, or licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Shopify trademarks remain the property of Shopify.

SomeWearElse is powered by Shopify, but all sales occur directly between you and SomeWearElse. Shopify bears no responsibility for transactions or disputes.

You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use feedback submitted through the Services.

Courts located in Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
