At SomeWearElse, several of our pieces are thoughtfully crafted after your order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, shipping timelines may vary depending on the product and brand partner.

Estimated dispatch and delivery details will be mentioned on the product page or shared with you after your order is confirmed.

Order Processing

  • Orders begin processing once payment is successfully completed.

  • Made-to-order pieces require additional time for tailoring and quality checks before dispatch.

  • You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details (where applicable).

Payment Method

  • We currently accept prepaid orders only.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Delivery

  • We currently ship across India.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier partner, and the nature of the product.

  • While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, logistics disruptions, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping details—including your address, phone number, and pin code—are entered correctly at checkout. SomeWearElse will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or address issues, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery or return the shipment to the seller. Additional shipping costs, if any, may have to be borne by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos or videos of the packaging and product, so we can review and assist you promptly.
